The controller responsible for data processing on this website is the operator (see legal notice above).

Hosting and server log files

This website runs on our own server, which is managed with the Coolify software. When you visit the website, the server automatically stores technical access data (IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system). This data is used solely to ensure stable and secure operation and is not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Contact form

If you write to us using the contact form, we process the details you provide (name, email address, phone number if given and your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to training with us, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The form is processed by the Formspree service (Formspree, Inc., USA), which forwards your message to us by email. In the process, your details and your IP address are transferred to servers in the USA. The transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). We delete your data as soon as your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Online pre-registration

For pre-registration for driver training, we link to an external registration form provided by the driving school software FSO360 (fs0552.fso360-svc.de). Only when you open this link are you forwarded to the provider's website. The provider processes the data you enter there (for example your name, contact details, date of birth and the licence class you want) on our behalf in order to prepare your training. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. We have a data processing agreement with the provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Audience measurement with Umami

We use Umami for the statistical analysis of visitor numbers. Umami does not set any cookies and does not store IP addresses or any other data that could identify you personally. Only anonymous information is recorded, such as the pages visited, the referring page, the device type and the country. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, and our legitimate interest lies in improving our services.

YouTube videos

On our homepage you can play a video from YouTube. The video is only loaded when you click “Play video”. For this we use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When the video plays, a connection is established to servers of Google (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland), and your IP address and the page you are viewing, among other things, are transmitted. A transfer to the USA is possible. The legal basis is your consent given by starting the video (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Google Maps

On the contact page we show a map image of our location, which is stored on our own server. No connection to Google is established when you open the page. Only when you click on the map are you forwarded to Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland). Google is responsible for any data processing there, and Google's privacy policy applies.

Google reviews

On our website we display reviews and the overall rating of our Google business profile. We retrieve this data via Google's interface when the website is built and store it, including the reviewers' profile pictures, on our own server. No connection to Google is established for this when you visit our website. Only when you click on a link to our Google reviews are you forwarded to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, and our legitimate interest lies in showing genuine customer opinions.

360° tour

On the contact page you can open a virtual 360° tour of our driving school. The tour is provided by tourmkr and is only loaded when you actively open it. In the process, technical data such as your IP address is transmitted to the provider. The legal basis is your consent given by opening the tour (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Cookies

This website does not use any tracking cookies. Technically necessary cookies may be set to ensure that the website works properly.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please use the contact details given above.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. In Hesse, this is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
